Sinewave Sound LLC ("Company") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using our website and services.
- Data collected: name, email address, phone number, audio files (only within project scope).
- Usage: for communication, order fulfillment, service improvement.
- Storage: data is stored on secure servers, accessible only to authorized personnel.
- Project files: we retain archives for a limited period after completion, then delete.
- Your rights: you may request data deletion by emailing privacy@sinewavesoundky.com.

Terms of Service
1. General
These terms govern the relationship between Sinewave Sound LLC and the client. By using the website or services, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Payment
Sessions are booked with a 50% deposit. Payment accepted via cash, card, or electronic transfer.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation 48 hours in advance — full refund. Less than 24 hours — deposit is non‑refundable.
4. Copyright
All recorded material belongs to the client. Sinewave Sound LLC may use brief excerpts for portfolio with client consent.
5. Liability
We are responsible for equipment and files during the session. Clients are responsible for personal belongings.
